Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith Reunite To Watch Daughter Dakota Host Saturday Night Live

Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson Together 2015: Photo
Saturday Night Live not only makes people laugh, it brings families closer together!

Don Johnson joined ex-wife Melanie Griffith at LAX in Los Angeles this week to fly out to New York City and watch their daughter Dakota host the NBC variety show for the first time on Saturday.

It's been several years since the Miami Vice star, 65, and Griffith, 57, have been seen in public together. The couple first wed and split in 1976, reunited in 1989 when Griffith gave birth to Dakota, then separated in 1994. They briefly reconciled a later year before finally going their separate ways.

Griffith also has a son, Alexander, from her second marriage to Steven Bauer, and a daughter Stella from her fourth marriage to Antonio Banderas. Johnson – last seen in the Netflix series From Dusk till Dawn – is married to his fourth wife, Kelley Phleger. Griffith's two other children joined her and Don Johnson in the Big Apple for Saturday's show.

In a spot promoting her SNL hosting stint, Johnson poked fun at how her mother has famously avoided seeing Fifty Shades of Grey. Griffith, who recently appeared on an episode of Hawaii Five-0, attended Sunday's Oscar telecast with her daughter, where she explained why she's avoided the sexed-up flick.

"She's a really good actress," Griffith told Lara Spencer on the red carpet. "I don't need to see that to see how good she is."

Lupita Nyong'o Oscars Dress Returned to L.A. Hotel, Thieves Claim Pearls are Fake: Report

Lupita Nyong'o Oscars Dress Returned by Thieves
Lupita Nyong'o's infamous pearl dress has reportedly been returned to the hotel from which it was stolen.

The thieves dumped the actress's custom Calvin Klein Oscar dress – which was stolen from her hotel room two days ago – in a garbage bag and returned it to The London West Hollywood on Friday, TMZ reports.

"A guy called us at around 2:30 p.m. Friday and said he had taken the dress from Lupita's hotel room after he noticed the door was ajar," TMZ reports.

The anonymous caller said that after stealing the gown, he and other thieves removed several of the 6,000 Akoya pearls (rumored to be worth approximately $150,000) from the dress, and had them appraised by jewelry experts in the Los Angeles garment district – who determined the pearls to be fake.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's department tells PEOPLE that officers are currently on their way to the hotel to investigate the claims.

Keith Urban and Eric Church Steal the Show at the Ryman

Keith Urban and Eric Church: Ryman Team UMG Luncheon
Oh, to be a fly on the wall of Nashville's Ryman Auditorium for this insiders-only country show.

For almost two hours on Thursday, 16 country artists played an array of new releases, about-to-be-releases and a few surprises fresh out of the writing fires.

From the superstars to the up-and-comers, the performers – all represented by the Universal Music Group conglomerate – each had a moment to shine before the several hundred programmers, DJs and other assorted station staffers gathered for the annual Country Radio Seminar.

The show climaxed with an unannounced appearance by Keith Urban, who earned a standing ovation before he even sang a note. After surprising the audience with an unreleased single "John Cougar, John Deere, and John 3:16," he brought back to the stage Eric Church to perform "Raise 'Em Up," their duet that appears on Urban's latest album, Fuse.

"You take her by the hand, make a stand, buy some land, make some love ... and then babies come," Urban sang, lingering over the familiar lyrics for new dad Church.

"That's right," Church responded with a big grin.

Earlier, during his solo stage appearance, Church proudly talked about the new baby, a second son named Tennessee Hawkins, whom he welcomed with his wife, Katherine, on Feb. 15.

"He's 11 days old ... and I'm tired," the country rocker announced with a sigh. Though Church's new single "Like a Wrecking Ball" is climbing the charts, he chose to play "something nobody's ever heard before," inspired by his grandfather, who developed Alzheimer's disease when Church was a boy.

"The hardest thing was to have a relationship when that person doesn't remember you," Church told the crowd, but he went on to resolve that difficulty in the song's poignant lyrics: "He doesn't have to know me 'cause I know who he is."

Church was one of several artists taking the stage who used personal tragedy as a muse.

Chris Stapleton, a genre-crossing singer known more for his songwriting skills, performed "Daddy Doesn't Pray Anymore" for his late father, a coal miner who died in 2013. (Stapleton actually toted a piece of coal his father brought up from a mine to the stage for the performance.)

Canaan Smith spurned his hit single "Love You Like That" to offer "Bronco," a tribute to his brother, who was killed in a car accident when Smith was a boy. And David Nail offered "Home," a song that grew out of the sadness over the recent loss of his grandmother.

Other highlights of the musical revue included newcomer Mickey Guyton, who performed the unreleased bluesy single, "Nice Things," standing a full five feet from the microphone, showcasing her impressive pipes – as well as the Ryman's world-famous acoustics.

Kacey Musgraves previewed "Biscuits," a single from her upcoming sophomore album that offers even more "Follow Your Arrow"-style advice: "Mind your own biscuits and life will be gravy." Darius Rucker gave a sneak of his new album with a co-write, "Southern Style."

Vince Gill was the only artist to appear who didn't have a new song to pitch, but at this point in his career, the Country Music Hall of Famer has nothing more to prove. That doesn't mean he's ready to stop recording – even though Top 40 country has stopped playing his songs.

Before launching into his '90s hit "Whenever You Come Around," Gill told his audience, "I'm not gonna quit sending you records." Whether they're ever played didn't seem to matter to the affable singer: "Just rest assured, it's okay either way."

Entire Hungarian Town Available to Rent for $750 Per Day

Megyer: Hungarian Town Available to Rent
Megyer is a small Hungarian village, population 18. Dating back to the 11th century, it's about 120 miles southwest of Budapest, and for $750 per day, you can rent the entire thing and name yourself king.

Er, not king. "Deputy mayor." (Though once you're deputy mayor, you decide what your title is.)

Included in that rental price: Seven guesthouses (room for 39 occupants), four streets, one bus stop, one barn, a chicken yard, six horses, two cows, three sheep and ten acres of farmland.

One of the perks of your assumed position as deputy mayor: Renaming those four streets to anything you like – as long as your money's good.

Mayor Kristof Pajer said that the biggest attraction Megyer offers is silence. "We offer all sorts of programs to our guests, but most are simply captivated by the surroundings and the quiet," he told the Associated Press. "Once they sit out in the meadow with a bottle of rosé wine, nothing else matters."

He's right you know. At least about that last part.

Bobbi Kristina Brown Suffers 'Violent Seizures' After Being Taken Out of Coma

Bobbi Kristina Brown Taken Out of Coma, Has Seizures
Bobbi Kristina Brown was taken out of a medically induced coma, but she did not have the response her family had been praying for.

"She was taken off the drugs, but she began having violent seizures," a family source says. "She is being put back into a coma."

The daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston has been kept in a medically induced coma since Jan. 31 after being found unresponsive in her bathtub.

"Bobby is beside himself," adds the source of this latest development.

Bobbi Kristina, 21, has remained on life support for the past few weeks. Before the most recent development, Dr. Subhashini Ramesh, a professor of NeuroCritical Care at Georgia Regents University, explained the reasons someone would be taken out of a medically induced coma: Either "the underlying problem has improved" or the doctors want to "get a sense of what the patient is able to do for themselves."

"This is a horrible setback. Everyone was hopeful that this was the sign that she'd turned the corner. We were so optimistic," the source tells PEOPLE. "Bobby is taking this so hard; he was sure this was going to be a good day. But please, everyone needs to pray for Krissi. I don't care what religion you are, or if you have no religion at all. Send your thoughts, your prayers, your well-wishes. Send everything you've got. Please."

Watch a PEOPLE Writer (Hilariously) Attempt an Amazing Race Challenge (VIDEO)

PEOPLE Staff Writer Patrick Gomez was assigned to cover the starting line of the new season of The Amazing Race and documented his experience of attempting to complete the first challenge of the season.

As a big Amazing Race fan, I am most definitely guilty of sitting on my couch watching the show (probably while eating pizza) and thinking, "I could totally do that."

Well, I finally had to put my money where my mouth is.

Last fall, I got the opportunity to be at the starting line for the first leg of the new season of the Emmy-winning CBS reality show.

As someone who has watched The Amazing Race since the very first season in 2001, this was the chance of a lifetime. Not only would I meet the new contestants, but I would also get the opportunity to experience the first challenge of the season.

I was warned I would get a little dirty and wet, but I don't think anything could have mentally prepared me for what I came across when I drove up to the starting line at Castaic Lake in Southern California.

Waiting for me was a mud run complete with a freezing-cold ice bath at the end.

Now, it would've been one thing had I been able to run up on the course with fresh adrenaline pacing through me, but, for better or for worse, I had ample time to imagine the strenuous effort it would take to make it to the course – let alone the chilling impact that water would have at the very end.

Before my fellow journalists – including Big Brother's Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd – and I got the opportunity to run the course, we had the privilege of watching the new season's contestants – including New Kids on the Block's Jonathan Knight and his boyfriend Harley Rodriguez – go through it first.

Unlike us journalists, the contestants started the race around the bend and came upon the mud run course as a surprise. Watching from the sidelines, I started analyzing the strategies and tactics the contestants were using.

Some pairs got through the course as fast as possible, with the speedier partner waiting for their teammate at the end. Others kept pace with their partner and helped the other along.

While I would be running the course solo, I still weighed the positives and negatives for each strategy.

More difficult to watch and assess were the contestants who seemingly gave up: With a $1 million prize on the line, I couldn't imagine what could make someone stop moving.

I, of course, had different thoughts once it was our turn after the contestants had finished the course and headed off to the airport.

Standing at the starting line, I had one goal: finish the course first.

Having had time to scout the course, I knew jumping as far into the muddy water pits as I could would give me less mud to trudge through.

I got through the first challenge in the lead, but Jeff Schroeder and The Wrap's Mikey Glazer were close behind me.

We remained close through the third obstacle.

Jeff was a beast in challenges during his two seasons on Big Brother – and when he and Jordan competed on The Amazing Race – and I knew it would be a big boost to my ego if I could beat him.

With just one more obstacle to go, I could taste victory … until my foot got caught in the ropes on the second-to-last challenge. Just by losing those few precious moments, I knew I was taking third place at best.

As I ran up to that the final obstacle – the dreaded ice bath – this thought crossed my mind: Is it even worth it to get so cold and wet?

Suddenly I understood how someone could lose the will to finish a challenge. But I told myself, "Just keep moving."

With that, I dove into the icy waters. And let me tell you: It. Was. Cold.

An Amazing Race challenge

Even though I ultimately ended up taking third place, and even as I made the hour-long drive back to my apartment in Los Angeles covered in mud and shivering from the cold, there is nothing I wouldn't do to run this Race again.

Now, like Jonathan Knight, I just need to convince my boyfriend to apply with me …

American Sniper Trial: Eddie Ray Routh Found Guilty in Shooting Deaths of Chris Kyle, Chad Littlefield

American Sniper Trial: Eddie Ray Routh Found Guilty in Shooting Deaths of Chris Kyle, Chad Littlefield
After an intense round of closing arguments that at one point caused Chris Kyle's widow, Taya, to storm out of the courtroom, her husband's killer, Eddie Ray Routh, was found guilty of capital murder on Tuesday night. He received a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Routh shot Kyle, the real-life hero behind the blockbuster movie American Sniper, and his friend Chad Littlefield at a Texas gun range on Feb. 2, 2013. After the verdict was read at about 9:15 p.m. Central Standard Time, Littlefield's stepbrother Jerry Richardson read a statement to Routh in court.

"Because of you and your irresponsible choices, we lost a great son, brother, father and uncle on Feb. 2, 2013," he said. "And that will never change. Those are traits you'll never experience, because you took the lives of two heroes – men who tried to be a friend to you. And you became an American disgrace."

In tears, Littlefield's mother, Judy, told the media that that they'd "waited two years for God to get justice for us on behalf of our son. We're so thankful we have the verdict that we have tonight."

During closing arguments, Taya Kyle could be seen with her eyes closed as she listened. As the defense team argued its case, at one point Taya sat with her feet up on the chair and her head in her hands. She then suddenly stood and walked out of the courtroom, slapping the door with her hand as she left.

The verdict came after two weeks of emotional, sometimes bizarre testimonial statements about Routh's lifestyle, his mental-hospital stays and his volatile behavior. In the end, what it came down to was one question, as defense attorney Tim Moore said in his closing arguments: "What was going on in Eddie's mind when he shot those two guys?"

Assistant Attorney General Jane Starnes argued that what was going through his mind was "deliberate, it was calculating and it was cold." Noting that both men were shot in the back at least six times each, she described how Littlefield shielded his face before getting shot two more times.

RELATED: All About the American Sniper Trial

"This was not to prevent him from getting up, but to finish him off," she said. "He didn't want Chad dead. He wanted Chad dead, dead, dead, dead, dead, dead. And he wanted the same for Chris."

His lawyers described the former Marine as a "troubled veteran" who has schizophrenia, which worsened over time.

"He didn't kill these men because of who he wanted to be; he killed those men because he had a delusion," argued defense attorney J. Warren St. John. "He believed in his mind that they were going to kill him."

But District Attorney Alan Nash, noting Routh's pattern of ending up in psychiatric hospitals following an incident, said that "it's time for his deep well of excuses for violent criminal behavior to come to an end."

A History of Treatment in Psychiatric Hospitals

After Routh was discharged from the military in 2010, he ended up in psychiatric hospitals several times, once for threatening to kill himself and his family during a September 2012 fish fry.

By that time, Chris Kyle's memoir, American Sniper, had become a New York Times best seller after being published in January 2012. In it, Kyle recounted how his four tours of duty as a Navy SEAL earned him a reputation as the deadliest sniper in U.S. military history. In late 2014, his life story was turned into a critically acclaimed movie of the same name that starred Bradley Cooper and directed by Clint Eastwood.

Before the verdict was read on Tuesday night, jurors heard more details about exactly what happened at the Rough Creek Lodge shooting range on Feb. 2, 2013.

"They made it their mission in life to be friends with other men," Starnes said of Kyle and Littlefield. "And that's what ultimately cost them their lives. It caused them to override any kind of sense of self-preservation."

RELATED: Eddie Ray Routh's Bizarre Behavior Described in Detail at Trial

Yes, prosecutors said, Kyle and Littlefield had texted to each other on the drive over that "this dude is straight-up nuts." But, as Starnes pointed out, his behavior "wasn't so alarming that they didn't put a loaded gun in Eddie Routh's hand."

Afterward, Kyle and Littlefield were standing in close quarters on the deck with Routh between them.

Routh took his loaded gun, pointed it at Littlefield's back and shot him twice. Littlefield fell to the ground and then rolled onto his back. Still alive, his hand grazed through a puddle of his own blood.

Routh then turned his gun on Kyle and shot him in the back and up the right side of his body six times.

It was then that Routh noticed Littlefield "convulsing," the prosecution argued, and shot him twice from his standing position through the head.

Kyle's injuries were "very linear in shape but confined," said forensic crime expert Howard Ryan during his testimony. "The only times we see that is when something has happened quickly and very decidedly.

"Given the skill set of Mr. Kyle, if he's forced with a confrontation, he's going to defend himself," Ryan added. "It's very obvious that he never saw it coming."

Taylor Swift Donates $50,000 to New York City's Public Schools

Taylor Swift Donates $50,000 to New York City's Public Schools
Once again, Taylor Swift is putting her money where her mouth is.

The famously philanthropic pop star has come through on a pledge, made last fall, to donate proceeds from her No. 1 single "Welcome to New York" to the city's public schools.

Swift, 25, has made a $50,000 donation to the New York City Department of Education, an official there confirmed to Capital New York. The singer herself has yet to confirm that publicly.

The recent N.Y.C. transplant made the promise last October in an appearance on The View. "It's selling really, really well, which is good because I'm donating all my proceeds to New York City public schools," she said at the time.

It was not immediately clear if the $50,000 represents Swift's full take from the song's profits, or if this is a first installment of a larger donation.

Swift – who has topped DoSomething.org's " Celebs Gone Good" list, recognizing the most philanthropic stars, for three years running – also held an event last fall with N.Y.C. school kids to talk about the power of reading and writing.

The Bachelor Recap: Becca Finally Reveals She's a Virgin

The Bachelor Recap: Becca Reveals She's a Virgin (Season 19, Episode 9)
With just three women left in the running, Monday's episode of The Bachelor had Chris Soules handing out keys to his Fantasy Suites.

Becca, Whitney, Kaitlyn and Chris (plus Chris Harrison) traveled to Bali for a romantic – and humid – atmosphere that the ladies would never forget.

Though one lady would probably very much like to.

Kaitlyn and Chris Wander Around Bali, Get Attacked by Monkeys

The Bachelor Recap: Becca Finally Reveals She's a Virgin| The Bachelor, TV News, Chris Soules

Kaitlyn from The Bachelor

Craig Sjodin / ABC

For their date, Kaitlyn and Chris spent some time meandering around Bali. They hit up a temple, survived monkey attacks ... you know, the usual.

Watching a monkey leap onto Chris's back in order to steal his banana is a memory I'll treasure always – that and the memory of another monkey fully peeing on him. We are all truly blessed.

Beautiful Kaitlyn's beautiful hair could not withstand the humidity, but she obviously looked great anyway.

At dinner, Kaitlyn was finally able to reveal that she was falling in love with Chris, though she admitted she was finding it difficult to be vulnerable. "I am completely falling in love with you, and it's terrifying," she said, "but it's such a good feeling at the same time, and I'm just really happy with the way it's gone to get here."

Chris offered her the key to his Fantasy Suite and, naturally, she accepted.

Whitney and Chris Sailed the Indian Ocean

The Bachelor Recap: Becca Finally Reveals She's a Virgin| The Bachelor, TV News, Chris Soules

Whitney from The Bachelor

Craig Sjodin / ABC

In case you were wondering, Whitney's hair was not affected by the humidity. We're not going to say it's because she is a robot tailor-made for this competition, but we're not not saying it, either.

They took a boat out onto the Indian Ocean. It was fine.

At dinner, Chris reiterated his "biggest insecurity"; that is, the smallness of his hometown of Arlington, Iowa. Seeing Whitney in her element at work in Chicago made him concerned that she wouldn't really be able to leave her life behind.

While Whitney conceded that she does love her work, she went on to say that she would have "no hesitation" about moving to Arlington and "having babies" as her career. ( Ahem. Bachelor robot.) At that, Chris beamed. He really is quite simple – his desire to raise a family is so transparent and genuine. It's sweet.

"I firmly believe that life takes you places, and it's not where you are, it's who you're with," said Whitney.

She, too, got a key to the Fantasy Suite. Bow chicka.

Becca and Chris Look at Farm Stuff, and She Reveals Her Virginity

The Bachelor Recap: Becca Finally Reveals She's a Virgin| The Bachelor, TV News, Chris Soules

Becca from The Bachelor

Craig Sjodin / ABC

Similar to Kaitlyn's date, Becca and Chris wandered around Bali, this time around some farmland.

Chris was kind of adorable as he geeked out about farming, telling the camera that people in the U.S. hadn't farmed the way the Balinese do for hundreds of years – as if he had read all about the farming practices of Bali in an agriculture textbook at Iowa State University.

Most importantly, however, was the virginity reveal. After Chris gave Becca the key to the Fantasy Suite, she reminded him that she had never been in love before, nor had she brought somebody home to meet her family. However, Chris is different: "I really do feel like I'm falling in love with you," she told him.

That said ... "I do have something very important to share with you, and I want you to be very honest with your feelings about it. It's a big part of who I am," said Becca, "but after having such an amazing time with you, I have been a little bit nervous to bring it up because it is a big deal." Following a lengthy pause, she finally spit it out: "But I am a virgin."

Chris, to his credit, only raised his eyebrows slightly, then furrowed them slightly and then sighed and shook his head. "I'm glad that you ... and I ... it's never easy to respond to this kind of stuff," said an awkward Chris before he went on to assure Becca that he respected her choices and that they said a lot about her.

Then they made out a whole lot.

As the couple was seen drawing the curtains on the Fantasy Suite, Becca told the camera in an interview: "I'm so excited. Now that that's out of the way I'm ready to have some alone time and take advantage of this. I have constantly said that I'm waiting for marriage. The reality is that this is a situation where I'm falling in love, and I've been waiting for a long time to feel this. I'm 100 percent in," she added. "I'm all in. I'm excited to see what happens."

... Sex? Did sex happen? It's not clear whether Becca actually lost her virginity in a hotel room in Bali, but, again, it's not not clear. Bachelor producers, you know what you did.

Chris Squared Have a Heart-to-Heart, Someone Goes Home

In a beachside chat with Bachelor host Chris Harrison, Chris revealed that he was fairly sure about one rose – Whitney, naturally – but unsure about the other.

While he admitted that he had a lot of feelings for Becca, he expressed concern about her tendency to hold back her feelings where Kaitlyn had let herself become vulnerable by telling Chris that she was definitely falling in love with him. After all, Kaitlyn has a basis of comparison, Becca does not.

Chris was not dealing with the pressure well. "I really do want all these girls to meet my family," he said in an interview, holding back tears.

At the rose ceremony, however, Chris made his most difficult decision yet: Kaitlyn was sent packing. He just wasn't feeling as much for her as he felt for Becca and Whitney, but he was genuinely sorry to see her go.

Next week is the Women Tell All special; after that, Farmer Chris chooses a wife.

(Of course, he also may not propose, but we can all agree that seems incredibly unlikely.)

Also ...

• Chris Harrison told PEOPLE last week that he thinks around two-thirds of Bachelor contestants had sex on the show. Considering the tricky editing on Becca's time spent in the Fantasy Suite with Chris, who – if anybody – do you think did the deed?

Eddie Redmayne, Jennifer Aniston Learn 'Perfect Acting' from Jimmy Kimmel

The Oscars honored some of the year's greatest acting. But where did Hollywood's best and brightest hone their craft?

From Jim Kimmel, that's who.

As part of his post-Oscars ABC special on Sunday, Jimmy Kimmel welcomed a cavalcade of stars who pretended to have been coached by his abusive acting-teacher alter ego Jim Kimmel, the mercurial founder of The Kimmel School of Perfect Acting.

Among them: this year's Best Actor winner, Eddie Redmayne, who is seen trying to perfect a British accent for Kimmel. (You'd think that would be easy, as Redmayne is British. It's not.) Jennifer Aniston also makes a memorable appearance, and takes a nasty fall – though to be fair, she had ample warning.

The two-part video also has cameos by Benedict Cumberbatch, Lupita Nyong’o, Mila Kunis, Jeff Bridges, Kristen Bell, Susan Sarandon, Gary Oldman, Sean Penn, Matt Damon, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt.

It's a wonder they kept at it long enough to become stars.

Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann's Oscar Night Game Plan: 'Drinking a Lot'

It's Hollywood's biggest night, so the Oscars obviously call for a cocktail or four – just ask Leslie Mann!

"We'll be drinking a lot and then eating a lot and drinking more," Mann quipped to E!'s Will Marfuggi ahead of the Vanity Fair Oscars party. "It's a three-hour event, right? Just until other people come, then it's like seven more hours …"

Added her husband, director Judd Apatow: "It's a lot of time, so we'll be balancing drinking and eating."

As for their drink of choice?

"Tequila, with a sprinkle of methamphetamine," the funnyman deadpanned.

Apatow has reason to celebrate tonight: He coproduced last year's Begin Again: The film's Adam Levine tune "Lost Stars" is up for Best Original Song.

Apatow kept the quips coming, telling the reporter he'd be performing John Legend and Common's nominated track "Glory."

"I'm gonna sing the song from Selma," he said straight-faced. "There was a last-second … Common asked me to do it."

Razzies: Cameron Diaz, Ben Affleck Bring Home the Raspberries

Razzies: Cameron Diaz, Ben Affleck and Kirk Cameron Win the Raspberry
If Sunday night brings the Oscars, then Saturday night must bring the Razzies, Hollywood's annual tip of the hat for the worst screen achievements of the year – although, for once, the voters decided to do something nice.

At a ceremony that took place in Hollywood Saturday night, Ben Affleck was spared the spitball and honored by the Golden Raspberry Award Foundation in a brand new category meant to recognize that an artist can progress upward and onward.

Affleck was named winner of the inaugural Razzie Redeemer Award, for his moving "on from Gigli to do Argo and Gone Girl," said Razzies founder John Wilson.

But enough of the good news. Here's what the Razzies – this year celebrating their 35th anniversary – do best:

Inside the Surprise Double Wedding on Glee! (VIDEO)

Glee Wedding: Inside Kurt, Blaine, Brittany and Santana's Surprise
We're so Glee-king excited!

Fans of the FOX musical dramedy tuned in on Friday expecting to see the nuptials of Brittany ( Heather Morris) and Santana ( real-life newlywed Naya Rivera). In fact, they were surprised with twice the wedded bliss.

Warning: Spoilers ahead.

Along with the fans at home, Brittany and Santana's guests were treated to a two-for-one ceremony when Brittana shared the spotlight – and the aisle – with Blaine ( Darren Criss) and Kurt ( Chris Colfer).

Kurt and Blaine had broken off their engagement before the beginning of the sixth and final season of the show but were convinced to exchange vows by Brittany, Santana and even the typically cold-hearted Sue Sylvester ( Jane Lynch).

"What I think is groundbreaking is the response that our characters got," Colfer says of the nuptials in a video exclusive to PEOPLE. "That is what is truly groundbreaking about this story – the love that straight people, gay people and just the world has for all this."

The popularity of Kurt and Blaine's relationship is something that has surprised even Colfer and Criss.

Says Criss, "This is something that kind of grew legs of its own and it has now become not so much the relationship that our characters have on the show, but, like, this other creature ..."

Colfer interjects, "It's like the Kraken!"

Continues Criss, "It's this monstrous thing that can do big things – but it's also a little scary!"

One thing the two actors aren't so thrilled about is the Brangelina-esque name of their on-screen relationship: Klaine.

"Klaine sounds like a country in Europe that you would rather not go to – you know, that you'd rather skip over," jokes Colfer.

And as if two weddings weren't enough for true Gleeks, it was also revealed in the episode that if Tina ( Jenna Ushkowitz) and Artie ( Kevin McHale) aren't married by the time they're 30 years old, they'll get married, too.

We'll mark our calendars just in case.

How the FBI Saved Kidnapping Survivor Hannah Anderson

Hannah Anderson Kidnapping: New Video Details Rescue
It was a case that captivated the nation.

On Aug. 3, 2013, James DiMaggio abducted 16-year-old Hannah Anderson when she finished cheerleading practice. After the bodies of her mother and brother were found in DiMaggio's burned home, a national manhunt ensued for the teenage girl.

A new video obtained by ABC News details the dramatic rescue of the then-16-year-old girl, who was found alive a week after she was taken.

In it, the FBI agents who led the search speak about the investigation and how they ultimately tracked DiMaggio, who was shot dead, down.

Some have questioned Anderson's relationship with the 40-year-old man. The two had exchanged texts previously – though Anderson has said this was simply to arrange a pickup from camp.

"He was picking me up from cheer camp, and he didn't know the address or where I was," she said on the Today show in 2013. "So I had to tell him the address and tell him that I was going to be in the gym and not in front of the school, just so he knew where to come get me."

In the new video, the FBI told ABC that they found evidence at DiMaggio's residence that suggested Anderson had been kidnapped.

"We were finding signs of handcuff boxes and restraints and things at the residence that were indications that she was probably taken against her will," FBI Deputy Director Britt Johnson said.

Johnson added that authorities believed DiMaggio had become infatuated with the girl and that led to her abduction.

"Somewhere in his mind, I think he thought that he and Hannah would have a relationship and she would somehow fall in love with him," Johnson said. "I think the ability for him to get her away and take her somewhere – he somehow thought he could change the situation."

For more details on the rescue, check out the video below:

Shondaland Recap: 5 OMG Moments from Grey's Anatomy, Scandal & How to Get Away with Murder

Scandal, How to Get Away with Murder and Grey's Anatomy: Top 5 Moments
Each week, Shonda Rhimes offers up three solid hours of Anatomy, Scandal and Murder – a new block of must-see TV. If you're not SPOILER-averse, check out Shondaland's hot-button moments below, which we've ranked from least to most shocking.

5. Grey's Anatomy: Trans Aggression
While spreading their father's ashes in the woods in "The Great Pretender," Ben's (Jason George) brother Kurt (Benjamin Patterson) collapsed. Following testing at Grey Sloane Memorial, it was discovered that Kurt had abnormally high estrogen levels – Kurt was in the process of transitioning from male to female. Ben yelled at him, "I'm supposed to be okay with this?" Don't worry: Bailey ( Chandra Wilson) set him to rights. Well, she tried – Ben never really came around.

4. Scandal: Lost but Not Forgotten
With a president, gladiators and black-ops assassins on her side, who would have guessed that the man who ended up saving Olivia Pope ( Kerry Washington) would be caddish former OPA fixer Stephen (Henry Ian Cusick)? In "No More Blood," Liv's former right-hand man returned with gusto – and incredibly convenient ties to the Russian mob.

3. Grey's Anatomy: Staycation Stagnation
Despite packing a "suitcase full of lingerie" and leaving Seattle on the pretense of visiting Derek ( Patrick Dempsey) in Washington, D.C., for a "sex vacation," Meredith ( Ellen Pompeo) never ended up meeting her husband. Confronted by half-sister Maggie (Kelly McCreary), Mer eventually copped to the truth: No, she wasn't cheating on Derek, and no, as some fans had guessed, she was not meeting Cristina ( Sandra Oh). In fact, she never left the city. Instead, she had sequestered herself in an airport hotel. "I don't want to leave [Derek]," she told Alex ( Justin Chambers), "but I definitely do not want to be with him right now."

2. Scandal: That's a Wrap!
Huck ( Guillermo Díaz) "doesn't do [murder] anymore." What does he do? Bind traitors in plastic wrap, inject them with poison and let them writhe in agony until they're almost dead – but not quite. Because Huck doesn't do that anymore. In case you thought we'd never get in deeper than the tooth-pulling torture of season 3, welcome to a new low.

1. How to Get Away with Murder: "Don't You Know a V.I.P. When You See One?"
Did you think Annalise Keating ( Viola Davis) was vicious? Did you think she was important? Did you think she was powerful? And did you think you knew what "V.I.P." meant? Well dispel all those notions, kids, because the library was open on Thursday, and Annalise's mother ( Cicely Tyson) was here to teach us all how to read. For example, to Annalise's students: "Your boss came out of my 'V' and her daddy's 'P.' So show a little respect." And to Annalise herself: "So, your no-account, sorry-ass husband – who I said, 'Don't marry!' – couldn't keep his peter in his pants and slept with a white woman. Then the fool goes and kills the white woman when he finds out she has his bun in her nasty oven. And after that, your ex-police boyfriend kills the no-good husband and gets himself arrested. And you, now, ain't got no husband, ain't got no boyfriend, and you holed up in this bed like the Queen of Sheba – does that about cover it?" Mind you, that scathingly succinct recap was only four minutes into the episode, "Mama's Here Now." Later, after an arsonist's fantasy of a bedtime story about how Mama basically set her brother on fire for molesting Annalise, we were officially on board for the inevitable spin-off: How to Get Away with Mama.

Relentless Winter Chill Freezes the Mighty Niagara Falls (PHOTOS)

Frozen Niagara Falls Photos and Video
Behold the power of winter and tremble! (If you aren't shivering already.)

Temperatures at Niagara Falls dropped to 13 below zero on Monday, reports New York Magazine. These lows have left parts of the falls frozen, with snow and mist cover the surrounding area.

While a giant vat of ice chunks and frigid water doesn't sound too inviting, Niagara Fall's winter transformation has actually brought more tourists to the landmark. These visitors are capturing stunning photos and video of what nature's wrath can do.

The falls may look frozen solid in some shots, but there is still water flowing under the ice. According to CNN, the only time Niagara Falls's water flow stopped completely was in 1848.

Save yourself the trip and the frostbite, and enjoy the majesty of Niagara Falls on ice through the photos below.

Bobbi Kristina Brown's Boyfriend 'Desperately' Wants to See Her

Bobbi Kristina Brown's Boyfriend Nick Gordon 'Desperately' Wants to See Her
Nick Gordon has not stopped thinking about his girlfriend, Bobbi Kristina Brown, since he found her unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan. 31. He wants to see her and has not stopped trying.

"Nick has been trying, privately, to do everything he can to see Bobbi Kristina cooperatively," his Atlanta lawyer Randy Kessler tells PEOPLE. "He has respected the family's wishes and for that reason alone has not returned to the hospital and risked a public confrontation."

Kessler added: "But he desperately wants to be with the one he loves and continues to hope that his request will be granted."

Gordon even got a tattoo that features her name on his forearm and posted a pic of the ink on his Facebook page on Sunday, Kessler confirmed.

Brown 21, the daughter of R&B singer Bobby Brown and the late musical star Whitney Houston, remains on life support and has not regained consciousness since she was admitted to the hospital.

She has repeatedly referred to Gordon as her husband over the past year, yet Brown family members deny they were legally wed.

Police in Roswell, Georgia, have launched a criminal investigation into the case. Reports have claimed that Gordon is at the center of the investigation, with a family source telling PEOPLE that they were looking into "foul play."

Outlander Deleted Scene: Claire and Jamie's Romantic Wedding Night Pillow Talk (VIDEO)

Before Claire and Jamie got down and dirty in bed, they shared some romantic wedding night pillow talk that we didn't get to see.

Fortunately, we've got an exclusive look at the deleted scene from the now-legendary episode in question. In it, Jamie ( Sam Heughan) tells a nervous Claire ( Caitriona Balfe) about his extensive family history.

"A lot of the stories you're about to hear Jamie talk were actually taken verbatim from [Diana Gabaldon's] book," says showrunner Ron Moore.

"In the final aired version of the episode, we opted to make this whole section much shorter and turn it basically into a montage," he adds.

As they speak, day turns into night and Claire's wedding jitters (and her guilt over betraying Frank, her 20th century husband) slowly fade away.

And… well, we know what happens after that, don't we? Check out the clip above, one of five deleted scenes that you can watch on the box set of Outlander Season 1 – Volume 1, out March 3.

As for the show itself? You'll have to wait just a little bit longer: Outlander returns April 4 at 9 p.m. on Starz.

Westminster Dog Show Names Best in Show Winner

Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show Best in Show Winner
We thought they were all equally adorable – insert awww – but there could only be one top dog at Westminster.

Congrats, Miss P!

The beagle from the hound group ran off with the prestigious Best in Show title Tuesday at the 139th annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.

Miss P (formal name: Ch Tashtins Lookin For Trouble) beat out six other fierce furballs: the Patty Hearst co-owned Rocket (toy group), Flame (non-sporting group), Swagger (herding group), Liz (sporting group), Matisse (working group) and Charlie (terrier group).

Miss P has 19 U.S. best in shows under her belt. As if she could get any more impressive: She's only the second of her breed to win at Westminster.

"There are seven beautiful dogs. It was a tough lineup," handler William Alexander said post-win. "I'm speechless."

It runs in the family, after all, for Miss P, who's a grandniece to 2008 champ Uno.

Next up? She's ready to retire and have some pups of her own, said Alexander.

Charlie earned honors for Reserve Best in Show.

More than 2,700 dogs entered the annual show, which came to a close at New York City's Madison Square Garden.

Best in Show of the 139th #Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show is Ch Tashtins Lookin For Trouble the Beagle, also known as "Miss P!" #WKCDogShow

When Kanye West was prepping for his SNL 40th Anniversary Special set, he wanted to take his look to the next level

Enter: Dr. Mitch Cassel, an N.Y.C.-based optometrist at Studio Optix.

Just hours before performing his new single “Wolves” with Sia and Vic Mensa on Sunday’s show, the rapper recruited Cassel to custom-make some colored lenses to embody the subject of the song.

“They were specific. He just wanted to have his eyes to be more like a wolf — something that would pop and be more identifiable, something different. But he didn’t want it to look too artificial,” Cassel tells PEOPLE exclusively of the hand-painted contacts he crafted.

After an SNL makeup artist referred the eye doctor (his office and the show’s Studio 8H are both in Manhattan’s Rockefeller Center), West went in for an examination, where Cassel took note of everything from the curvature of the eye to the size of the iris and pupil. While waiting on her husband and his new ocular accessories, Kim Kardashian West decided to try on a pair of her own.

“Those were hand-painted lenses also that we have a series of, and we are probably making her some future lenses that are variations of that,” says Cassel. “She was really interested in it and started trying on some lenses that we have.”

The Kardashian-Wests aren’t Cassel’s first celebrity clientele. He’s served as a cosmetic eye specialist on numerous Hollywood endeavors, from Orange is the New Black to Black Swan, and can call Leonard DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Matt Damon and David Bowie clients.

American Sniper Widow Taya Kyle Shares an Emotional Valentine's Message

American Sniper Widow Taya Kyle Shares Valentine's Message About Late Husband
She lost her own Valentine when he was murdered two years ago, but is hoping that others will find theirs.

Just three days after Taya Kyle broke down on the stand while testifying at the trial of Eddie Ray Routh, the former Marine charged with fatally shooting her husband, Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, she posted a heartrending but uplifting message on Facebook on Valentine's Day, expressing gratitude and hope.

"We all suffer," she wrote on the official Chris Kyle Facebook page. "It's part of life. The blessing is – while evil exists, Divinity does too and it is stronger.

"This weekend, I feel blessed to know that I will see Chris again someday," she wrote. "I feel blessed I had the opportunity to be his wife, to learn from him and love him. I feel blessed to know the support of many and the ignorance of few."

Chris, who was known as the most lethal sniper in U.S. history, survived four tours of duty in Iraq but was fatally shot on a Texas gun range on Feb. 2, 2013, at age 38, while trying to help Routh, a fellow veteran allegedly suffering from PTSD.

Routh, 27, was charged with killing Chris and his friend, Chad Littlefield. His trial began on Feb. 11 – at the same time American Sniper – the Oscar-nominated blockbuster movie about Chris's life, based on his bestselling 2012 autobiography, is being shown in theaters.

After an emotionally challenging week in court, Taya wrote that while things have been difficult, she is grateful for all the good in her life.

"Today I sit on this beautiful porch on a ranch a friend has generously allowed us to find respite in," she wrote. "With a warm drink, in a rocking chair and family and friends around, I am working on finding peace and joy in the moments we have been given. It doesn't have to all make sense. I don't have all the answers."

Weeks before she and Chris met in 2001, she says she prayed to God "for a genuine, NICE man," she wrote. "For any of you who are lonely today, I encourage you to pray. Pray for the woman or man who has a particular quality you feel you need more than anything else and watch God bring him or her in His time. Have faith."

"My heart may be broken and my spirit tired, but today I thank God for sending my Valentine when I needed him the most," she also wrote. "I thank God for the time we had, the children we share, the promise of seeing each other again, and the friends and family who stay with me today. I am forever changed and forever grateful."

She ended her post by saying, "God Bless you friends, Taya."

Awkward: Jim Carrey Asks Matt Lauer About Brian Williams on the Red Carpet

Jim Carrey Asking Matt Lauer About Brian Williams
Things got off to an awkward start for Saturday Night Live's 40th anniversary special when guest star Jim Carrey started talking about Brian Williams on the red carpet.

The frequent SNL host was being interviewed on the red carpet by Today co-anchor Matt Lauer on Sunday when he brought up Williams, who is currently weathering a massive scandal after he admitted to lying about being in a helicopter crash while covering the war in Iraq in 2003.

"Can I ask you a question, you guys?" Jim asked Lauer. "Where are you hiding Brian Williams? Where is he?"

The NBC anchor looked visibly uncomfortable during the live red carpet segment and said, "Oh, look at the time."

However, Carrey continued: "I just want to say something in his defense: If the helicopter in front of me gets hit, I’m taking the story."

On Monday, NBC announced that they would be suspending Williams from Nightly News for six months after he admitted to lying about being in a helicopter that was brought down by enemy fire while embedded with troops in Iraq.

Williams first publicly made the claim in 2013, but repeated the story on Jan. 30 during Nightly News. However, troops who were serving with Williams denied his story, saying that he was in a separate helicopter when a chopper was shot down. The anchor later admitted that his story was false, calling it a "mistake."

The Power of Love

The Power of Love (You are my lady)».

The Power of Love Comments for this News article

2015/02/13 2:45PM Canada (English)

When "The Power of Love" hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart on February 12th 1994, it became Celine's first hit single in the United States. "The Power of Love" was composed by Jennifer Rush and Mary Susan Applegate and was first recorded by Air Supply who entitled the song "The Power of Love (You Are My Lady)". Before it's initial release by Air Supply, German producers Gunter Mende and Candy DeRouge urged Jennifer Rush to record her own version, which would be released in June 1985, one month prior to Air Supply's version. Rush's version became an enormous success becoming a #1 hit in many European countries as well as in Canada and Australia. In the early 90s, CBS (Sony) asked David Foster to produce a new version of the song. Foster instantly thought of Celine and proposed a new musical arrangement focusing on the strength of Celine's voice with minimal instrumentals (keyboard and guitar). After 12 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, the song hit #1 and stayed there for 4 weeks. "The Power of Love" remained Celine's signature song until the release of "My Heart Will Go On" and she continues to sing it in every concert she performs.
